Coaching and Therapeutic sessions
I am an NLP/EFT/ENNEAGRAM and happiness and success coach, who has trained with Robert Holden, Russ Hudson, and Kath Temple. I have featured on the BBC and spent 7 years working with Success Intelligence and The Happiness Project. Working one to one, I will use whatever is best to help you achieve what you want, as easily and as quickly as we can. This might be achieving a goal, overcoming a trauma or an addiction, gaining self-confidence (in general or in a specific area), experience forgiveness, greater happiness and love, and success in your life.
Sessions are 45 minutes to an hour and a half in length, depending on what it is you are after, and we can speak first to discuss this.
I work over zoom or similar platform and face to face where possible.

Be Your Best Man
A dedicated transformational coaching program for men.
With weekly one to one sessions, this is a 6-week powerhouse program to change your life.
It will help you improve your relationships, strengthen your qualities and talents, and fulfill your potential.
Together, we will look at Relating and Relationships, Healing Wounds, Money and Creativity, Love and Happiness, Building Momentum and Resilience, and anything specific that you wish to work on to let go of or enhance, to lead a more fulfilling and rewarding life.
The cost is £1,150, with the sessions by Zoom, unless otherwise arranged. Sessions are one and a half hours to two hours.

Talks,Keynotes and Expert Spokesman
I offer talks, keynotes, master-classes, and act as an expert spokesman.
As an expert spokesman on happiness, I have featured on BBC Breakfast TV, Radio 5 Live, and Channel 5 News, as well as supporting happiness research for Mr. Kipling & Mira Showers.
For Rites of Man, I speak in relationship to my forthcoming book and card deck for men, Rites of Man, on the values and virtues that make a man healthy, happy, and well-rounded.
It is a book of inquiry, guidance, and self-leadership for men.
